SPECIFIC  INSTRUCTIONS  TO  AUTHOR  FOR  ABSTRACT

• The abstract should be in English, not more than 250 words and in MS-Word format

• Provide a clear title for your abstract

• The font type should be Times New Roman 12pt, 1.5 spacing

• The presenting author should be presented first and underlined

• Indicate the institutional affiliation and the country

• Indicate the Email address of the presenting/corresponding author at the footer

• Indicate the sub-theme for your abstract 

• Indicate whether the abstract refers to an oral presentation, or poster presentation

• Maximum of 4 key words to be included

POSTER PRESENTATION

 

FORMAL POSTER PRESENTATIONS  of selected posters will be held on 8th Saturday, February,  2014 from 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm at the venue. Posters will also be available for general viewing during our opening Reception on February 7th (8.00 am to 9:00 am), as well as during lunch on Friday, February 8th (1.00 pm -2.00 pm )

 

 

POSTER PRESENTER GUIDELINES

 

 

Poster presenters will be provided with an approximately 95 cm (width) x 200 cm (height) poster board to display the poster.

• Exact poster specifications and sessions will be included in the Notification of Acceptance and conference kit

• Poster presenters should stand near their posters during the poster sessions. Take note of the schedules for the set-up and removal of posters.

• Authors should acknowledge source of funding in the posters or oral presentations.
